Privacy Level Agreement Outline for CSPs Providing Services in the European Union
SLA-Ready partner the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) are inviting reviews and comments on the Privacy Level Agreement for Europe V2 (PLA4EU v2). The objective of the document is to define a Privacy compliance mechanism for the European Union based on “Privacy Level Agreement Outline for CSPs Providing Services in the European Union” (PLA4EU V.1) which was published in February 2013 by CSA.
The PLA4EU V.1 is a powerful transparency and voluntary disclosure mechanism for those Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) offering services in the European Economic Area (EEA).
The PLA Working Group has identified the steps necessary to turn the PLA4EU V.1 from a transparency mechanism into a compliance tool, and to seek for the endorsement of the Art.29 Working Party. This is your opportunity to provide feedback on the PLA Outline. The open review and comments period for the PLA4EU V2 ends on May 22, 2015.
Submitting feedback is easy with our three-step process. Access the peer review site here.
We appreciate your assistance. Thank you in advance for your time and contribution. If you are interested in getting involved with this working group, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
