Tomorrow, 15 December 2016, the workshop "Are you SLA-Ready? How to understand your cloud Service Level Agreement" takes place at DIGITALEUROPE Head Office in Brussels.

80% of SMEs don’t use cloud services because they don’t sufficiently understand the service provision contracts that must be signed with their provider. This was the main topic of the ‘SLA-Ready’ workshop organized by CONETIC and SLA-Ready project, with collaboration by Gedeth Network and the UFV-ADEN International Business School.

The workshop, organised in partnership with CONETIC, provided guidance on signing Cloud Service Level Agreements. It targeted Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Cloud customers who have applied to use cloud services provided through the Cloud para PYMES programme.

The latest SLA-Ready workshop was held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in collaboration with Cluj-IT. cluster.

Last week, on Wednesday 19 October, SLA-Ready took part in Cloud Forward 2016, an annual event hosted by the Hola Cloud Project giving the EU R&I community on cloud computing a forum for discussing research results and future research directions.
